Any ring kept longer than 24-hours is subject to in-store credit within the first 30-days. Any ring kept longer than 30-days will not be given a refund or in-store credit and be considered a final sale. If a ring is received damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us immediately. If we have not been contacted within the first 24-hours, we will assume the ring was received safely.
Q: It says in the descriptions of solid gold rings that a ring can resized, either two-sizes up or down, without compromising the integrity of the ring. Does this mean you resize rings?
A: No, we do not resize rings. If you need a ring resized, your local jeweler can resize a solild gold (i.e., 10K) ring no more than two-sizes up or down. Resizing a ring more than two-sizes will increase the chance of breaking the shank (side) of the ring. If this happens, the ring cannot be repaired.
